Whether you are a novice athlete or professional athlete, we believe that anyone looking to live a healthier and happier lifestyle or improve athletic performance can do so through proper training.
PEC training adheres to the following philosophy: BALANCE between proper nutrition, core/muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body work (i.e: massage and recovery) are essential to optimize health, wellness and peak athletic performance.
Optimal training cannot be achieved as an athlete without thoroughly comprehending the importance of these disciplines and how they relate to your training regimen. Holding athletes accountable toward achieving success in all these aspects of training is what distinctly makes PEC different and more effective then others.
Our training principles work. We are not for everyone, only for those who are willing to subscribe mentally and physically to a program that has been proven time and time again.
