Frida’s greatest passions have always been fitness centered. As a youth, Frida was very active in many sports such as martial arts where she achieved a black belt, basketball, track and softball. As a young adult, she became involved with hip-hop and break dancing where she performed shows both individually and with various dance crews in the Twin Cities area. She also became involved with endurance racing; distance running and mud races specifically.
Outside of her physical activities, Frida also had a passion to help others achieve their goals in life and overcome any barriers necessary to complete them. She was able to fulfill this passion over the course of many years while working in the social services industry. In 2011, she decided to combine her passions and make a career shift that changed her life forever.
She was destined to work in the health and wellness field and couldn’t imagine following any other career path. People who know Frida often say one of her greatest traits is the positive energy she brings to her work which is nothing less than contagious. She challenges her clients beyond what they think they are capable while maintaining an enjoyable environment to do so.
